William Servat (France coach) Covid-19 Test Positive

The French Rugby Federation stated that assistant coach William Servat has become the third French management tested +ve for Covid-19.


Head coach Fabien Galthie and another staff member who did not participate in the game tested positive. The three will now be quarantined for seven days, and France will play against Scotland on 28 February 2021.


Although they were advised to isolate themselves at home for the rest of the week, all players tested negative.


The people who have tested positive have not shown any symptoms said FFR.


On Friday and Sunday, all players will be tested again at home when they assemble at the National Rugby Centre in Marcoussis to play against Scotland. France will declare their 31-man lineup later on Wednesday.


After winning two matches, France are top of the Six Nations, recently they have won over Ireland in Dublin on Sunday.


No positive results were found when testing all the teams and behind-the-scenes staff on Monday said Ireland.
